A: The Gold Panner is delivered every Friday, usually before noon.
Q: How can I place my?
A: We accept ads by phone, on-line and walk-ins.
Q: When is the deadline to place ads?
A: There are four different deadlines:
- Buy & Sell ads – 3:00 pm Wednesday
- Commercial Display ads – 5:00pm Tuesday
- Service Directory ads – 3:00pm Wednesday
- Commercial Line ads – 3:00pm Wednesday
Monday: 9AM-5PM
Tuesday: 9AM-5PM
Wednesday: 9AM-5PM
Thursday: 9AM-3PM
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
Q: How much does an ad cost?
A:It depends on the type of ad:
- A Buy & Sell ad starts at 20 words for $2.00
- A Commercial ad starts at $9.00
- A Service Directory ad starts at $46 for 4 weeks
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for on-line ads
Q: How many papers do you print each week?
A: We print over 15,000 papers.
Q: What is your circulation area?
A: We distribute throughout El Dorado County. (see distribution map)
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our address is 247-A Placerville Drive, Placerville, CA 95667. Directions:
From Hwy 50 Eastbound:
- Take Forni Rd./Placerville Dr. exit, stay to the right passing over Hwy 50.
- Go .6 miles, passing through the light at Ray Lawyer Dr., the Gold Panner driveway is on your left just before Imperial Printing, look for our sign.
From Hwy 50 Westbound:
- Take the first Placerville Dr. exit. Turn right at stop sign.
- Go 1.2 miles, just past Imperial Printing, the Gold Panner driveway will be on your right, look for our sign.
