Beautiful gossamer style black dress with white embroidered fans with full skirt dress by My Clarissa.
Liner has some form to help the light weight skirt have more volume.
Gossamer style shimmer material (I'm guessing it's gossamer - no fabric tag).
Faux Pearl buttons with gold trim down the front and on the sleeve cuffs.
Long, Large ties at the neck that can be tied into a bow in front.
Trumpet sleeves with same faux pearls and gold tone trim. Long string loops.

Dress is in good used condition.
Could be Halloween costume. Could dye the white fans black to have more of a solid black dress.
Sort of looks like something Wednesday Addams would wear to the prom.
