Antique Colonial Towle Sterling Porringer Baby/Wine Bowl & Gorham Cocktail Fork

Towle Porringer Bowl marked Towle Sterling 16 & Gorham Lyric Cocktail Fork marked Sterling Pat. 1940. If you do use it for wine, the fork can be used to pluck a piece of cheese or whatever your heart desires. If your name is Jimmy, you're in luck as the name Jimmy is monogrammed in script on the front. If not, one can always remain mysterious and reply (if anyone should ask of course), "No, my name is not Jimmy, but thanks for asking." and move on to plucking more goodies with your cocktail fork while sipping an aperitif or wine :). Or it can be a gift to a newborn named Jimmy or just plain display the piece. The Porringer weighs approx 56.8 grams and is 3 1/2" x 4 1/4" with the handle. The Fork is approx. 4 5/8" long and weighs approx 17 grams. Good to Very good condition for both items, I did find find scratches and some pitting marks on the bowl which hasn't been polished, by me at least. Please view all photos as I don't accept returns.
